By accessing or using the CreditCore Ten website (creditcoreten.online), creating an account, or utilizing our underwriting tools and AI assistants, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Nature of Service & Underwriting Disclaimers

CreditCore Ten provides automated bank statement analysis, debt calculation models (FOIR, ABB, DSCR, LTV), document tamper checks, and Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) generation tools to assist professional human underwriters.

• All scoring summaries, eligibility estimates, and policy checks generated by the platform are algorithmic mathematical approximations based on user-provided inputs.
• The final responsibility for verifying document authenticity, complying with lending regulations, and making credit sanction or rejection decisions rests exclusively with the user or their respective lending institution.

3. User Obligations & Borrower Consent

When using CreditCore Ten to analyze borrower records, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess valid, documented legal authorization or customer consent to collect, process, and analyze the financial statements and identity records uploaded.
• You will not upload fraudulent, tampered, or maliciously forged documents with the intent of deceiving financial institutions.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately report any unauthorized access.

4. Commercial Plans, Payments & Subscriptions

CreditCore Ten offers access under various commercial tiers (including Community Starter ₹1, Solo Professional, and Enterprise configurations):

• Plan Fees: Applicable subscription fees and usage limits are set forth on our Pricing Page.
• Payment Processing: Online subscription transactions are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways.
• Cancellations: Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, user interface designs, mathematical engine formulations, logos, trademarks, and documentation associated with CreditCore Ten are the proprietary property of CreditCore Ten. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform in accordance with your subscription tier.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall CreditCore Ten be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Modifications & Account Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service or update platform features at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized activity.
